... just a short note to let you know how thrilled we are with our Ulti-MATE cabinets. They arrived in perfect shape, and my wife and I assembled them with ease, no easy task considering we are in our mid 60's, but the instructions provided with each cabinet was so easy to understand and follow. The door handles and hardware provided were of the greatest quality.

Three years ago I bought several of the Ultimate garage cabinets which have worked out great. So when I needed 24" deep wall shelves, I went to the W2W site and lo and behold they had them there at a competitive price. The free shipping is always a plus for me.

I actually bought the same items from an online competitor but the shipping charges were nearly half of the total price and this is not a good thing so I looked for similar items with no shipping fee. This makes your prices much lower.

My biggest complaint w/ the site is that the pictures of your products are too small. Clicking on the products to enlarge did not enlarge them all that much and I struggled to know exactly how my needs would fit w/ what was being offered.

I had to order extra screws - a suggested number of screws needed per box would have help - I am 90% done and ran out of screws.
Response from Wall To Wall Storage: Sorry to here you didn't have enough screws to finish your project. The calculation for determining the amount of screws you will need can be found on the storeWALL panel ordering page.

I'm happy with the overall product,but the screws provided for installing the stand-offs were really bad. The least amount of torque and the screw heads stripped, and we actually broke off 2 heads.We tossed all the provided screws and used our own.
WTW Response: Contacted the customer about this problem. It was discovered that a pilot hole was not being drilled for the screws as currently required for pegboard system stand-offs. Notified the manufacturer about this problem and suggested they start providing "self-tapping" screws for easier customer installations.

I found the product that I purchased at 3 other websites and found that Wall to Wall had the best prices. Also, other websites were going to charge shipping to my address even though they advertised free shipping. I will definitely be purchasing the rest of my garage storage necessities from Wall to Wall.
