Shipping Information
We ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to any other countries or territories nor to Alaska or Hawaii. 99% of our orders are eligible for free shipping. Eight-foot StoreWall panels, roll out flooring products, and other items weighing over 80 pounds must be shipped curb-side by common carrier (large truck) and will require a signature. You are responsible for moving your order from the back of the truck to the storage area on your property. You may, at your own cost, arrange for an inside delivery when setting up delivery with the freight company. If you notice any visible damage point it out to the driver and make a note on his paperwork. If damage is major in nature you should refuse shipment and have the entire delivery returned for replacement. Normal delivery time frame is 1 - 4 weeks depending on what you ordered, where you live, and general product availability. Custom flooring and deep back-order items may take up to six weeks for delivery. All UPS Ground and FedEx Ground type deliveries are sent "no signature required" unless we receive an email or phone call from you requesting signed delivery service for your order. Wall To Wall Storage shall not be held liable for any missing, lost, or stolen delivery boxes once the shipment has been shown as "delivered" by the individual carrier's tracking system. If a signature is required and the shipper returns the item(s) to us because no one was available to sign for the delivery you will be liable for any further shipment or re-delivery charges that may be imposed by that carrier. This is also true if you provide us an invalid or unavailable delivery address which causes a reshipment to occur (regardless of the carrier used). Please note that when ordering 8 foot long storeWALL panels if your order less than three boxes an additional $60.00 shipping charge will be applied to your order. Please select the "Less than 3 boxes" shipping option during checkout if you place this type of order. Of course, if you order three or more boxes the shipping is free regardless of your time zone. Please order 4 ft Heavy Duty panels if you need to cover a small area. Those don't have a shipping restriction,can ship via FedEx, and don't require a minimum purchase amount in order to receive free shipping. By placing an order containing less than three boxes of 8 foot storeWALL panels you agree to pay the additional shipping charges per the above policy. You (or a designate) must be available and able to take freight deliveries to your provided delivery address. If a freight delivery has to be rescheduled because no one was available during the first attempt you will be liable for any re-delivery fees that may be charged by the freight Company.
Damaged Products
The vast majority of damage occurs during transit. The individual freight carrier will provide compensation for damages that occur in this manner. Wall To Wall Storage LLC is not responsible for freight damage and all claims must be made directly with the carrier. Wall To Wall Storage LLC will assist you, if needed, to obtain compensation from the freight carrier so we can replace your damaged item(s). If you are present when your shipment arrives, inspect the packaging and point out any noticeable damage to the driver and make a note of such on his paperwork. If damage is major in nature you should refuse shipment and have the entire delivery returned for replacement. If you are not present, call the carrier and notify them of the damage immediately. The UPS number is (800) PICK-UPS. Give them the tracking # for identification. If damage is due to a reason other than shipping, we will replace the damaged item or issue a refund upon return of the damaged item. This replacement offer does not apply to any damage resulting from improper storage, improper installation, misuse, or abuse by the purchasing party.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. We will gladly refund the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be pre-arranged with us and include an RMA number. You can either call us at 301-760-7611 or send an email to info@walltowallstorage.com to obtain your RMA number and the correct "return to" address. Shipping, handling, and order processing charges (if any) are non-refundable. The original packing material must accompany all returns. When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. All Items must be returned freight pre-paid in original packaging in "Like New, Sell-able Condition". If the item you are returning was received as defective then we will either replace it or refund your purchase price. Defective items are not subject to the restocking charge. Different products originate from different locations, so please contact us before making a return so we can provide you the correct return "ship to" information. No returns are allowed on any type flooring product, clearance, or special order items. Sorry, but no credit can be given for any item shipped back without prior notification and RMA number.

Payment Options
We accept Personal Checks, Money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. If paying by personal check your item will not ship until the check has cleared.
Canceled Orders
An order may be canceled at no charge within 24 hours of purchase provided that the order has not shipped or otherwise been processed. Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled but you may return your items using our return policy shown above. Any order that includes Installation services by Wall To Wall Storage may be canceled within 72 hours of signing of Installation contract without any penalty or charge.
Warranty
Most Wall To Wall Storage products are covered by a manufacture's warranty. The length of the warranty varies depending on the specific item and manufacturer. If the warranty is not stated on the item's web-page then you should contact us directly for further details. Except as expressly stated herein, Wall To Wall Storage LLC makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied with respect to products sold, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose. Any item deemed by us as being misused or abused shall not be covered by warranty. You agree that the sole and maximum liability to Wall To Wall Storage arising from any product sold by Wall To Wall Storage shall be the price of the product ordered.
Sales Tax
Wall To Wall Storage is located in Maryland and therefore will charge and withhold the applicable 6% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Maryland. The customer is solely responsible for paying any sales or other applicable tax to their own state, jurisdiction, or any other taxing location outside the state of Maryland
Pricing Errors
If a product is listed for sale at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, Wall To Wall Storage reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We shall immediately issue a refund on any incorrect charges on orders that are canceled by us.

Legal Jurisdiction
All Wall To Wall Storage LLC purchases, contracts, and agreements are made under Maryland law. In the event of a dispute the jurisdiction for resolving the dispute shall be Frederick County, Maryland. In the event of a dispute, both parties do agree to seek mediation.
How to Order
You can place an order by direct Internet submission, fax (301-685-3983), direct telephone (301-760-7611) , e-mail, or US mail. To order via any method just put items and your cart and then follow the check-out procedure. For fax, telephone or US mail orders you will be directed to print out your order. You can then fax, call in, or mail your order along with your payment information. To send an e-mail order you will click on the "e-mail order" link during the check-out process which will submit your order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once you have placed an order regardless of how it was submitted.
Note: Due to the tremendous amount of spam received by our e-mail servers we have had to install a filter system. If you send us an email and your address is not in our database you will have to answer a challenge e-mail sent back to you in order for your original e-mail to get through to us.
