Free Ground Service Shipping is included with all orders regardless of size. We ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to any other countries or territories nor to Alaska or Hawaii. The warehouse will ship your order using the most economical means available. Ulti-MATE cabinet kits and other heavy or large items must be shipped curb-side by common carrier (large truck) and will require a signature. You may be responsible for moving your order from the ground behind the truck to the storage area on your property depending on site conditions. You may, at your own cost, arrange for an inside delivery when setting up delivery with the freight company. If you notice any visible damage point it out to the driver and make a note on his paperwork (See more on damaged goods below), take pictures and then contact us for further instructions. Do not refuse your shipment - We will work with you to correct any items found to be damaged or missing. If you refuse your shipment you will be responsible for all shipping costs required to get your order to and from our warehouse. The vast majority of orders ship within 24-72 hours (unless otherwise noted) after order placement but it is possible your particular item may be out of stock and have a longer lead time. We will ship your product asap. Some items ship directly from the Manufacturer's warehouse and as such we cannot control the shipping lead time on those type orders. If an item is out of stock we will post that information on that product's web page as soon as it known to be unavailable. Delivery transit time to you location will depend on where you live and the mode of transportation. Custom cut flooring, custom built items, and deep back-orders may take up to six weeks for delivery. All UPS Ground and FedEx Ground type deliveries are sent "no signature required" unless we receive an email or phone call from you requesting signed delivery service for your order. Wall To Wall Storage shall not be held liable for any missing, lost, or stolen delivery boxes once the shipment has been shown as "delivered" by the individual carrier's tracking system. If a signature is required and the shipper returns the item(s) to us because no one was available to sign for the delivery or they could not contact you on the phone number you provided with your order you will be liable for any further shipment, re-delivery or storage fees that may be imposed by that carrier. This is also true if you provide us an invalid or unavailable delivery address which causes a reshipment to occur (regardless of the carrier used). You (or a designate) must be available and able to take freight deliveries to your provided delivery address. If a freight delivery has to be rescheduled because no one was available during the first attempt you will be liable for any re-delivery fees that may be charged by the freight Company. If you designate your delivery address as a commercial location and the shipper determines it is a residential address then you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. If your order needs to be returned to our warehouse because it was undeliverable for any of the reasons listed above it will be deemed a returned order and subject to our returns policy below (minus the RMA # requirement).
The majority of product damage occurs during transit. It is a rare event but unfortunately it can happen from time to time. The individual freight carrier will provide compensation for damages that occur in this manner. Freight damage and all claims will be made directly with the carrier through us so we can replace or refund your order. Always inspect your packages when they arrive and point out any noticeable damage to the driver, take pictures, and make a note of such on his paperwork. Retain a copy for your records. Open all boxes and make sure there is no hidden damages. Take pictures of all damaged items and save any boxes and items that show shipping damage in case further inspection is required by the shipper's claim agent. Forward all evidence obtained to us immediately in order for us to file your claim with the carrier. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. If you are not present during delivery, call the carrier and notify them of the damage immediately. The UPS number is (800) PICK-UPS. Give them the tracking # for identification. If damage is due to a reason other than shipping, we will replace the damaged item or issue a refund upon return of the damaged item. This replacement offer does not apply to any damage resulting from improper storage, improper installation, misuse, or abuse by the purchasing party and the damage must be reported to us within 48 business hours of receipt of goods..
An order may be canceled provided that the order has not yet shipped or otherwise been processed. All cancelled orders that have already been processed by your credit card company are subject to a 4.0% cancellation fee as we no longer get the transaction fees they charge refunded to us. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled but you may return your items using our return policy shown above. Any order that includes Installation services by Wall To Wall Storage may be canceled within 72 hours of signing of Installation contract without any penalty or charge.
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. We will gladly refund the purchase price minus a shipping charge recovery fee. This fee is whatever it cost us to get the returned item to your shipping location. All returns must be pre-arranged with us and include an RMA number. You can either send an email to email@example.com (preferred method) or call us at 301-760-7611 to obtain your RMA number and the correct "return to" address. Shipping, handling, and order processing charges (if any) are non-refundable. If your order shipped by LTL common carrier freight service (large truck) then all the actual associated freight charges for your order will be deducted from your refund. This is also true for orders shipped from our partner Sublime Kitchen/ Ulti-MATE Garage Cabinets, Inc which includes any Ulti-MATE cabinet line sold on our website regardless of the shipping method they used. The original packing material must accompany all returns. When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. All Items must be returned freight pre-paid in original packaging in "Like New, Sell-able Condition". If the item you are returning was received as defective then we will either replace the defective part or refund your purchase price once returned. Defective items are not subject to the restocking charge. Your RMA number is valid for 30 days after it is issued. Please make sure your returned items are received by our warehouse before your RMA number expires so you can receive your refund. Items returned on expired RMA's will not receive a refund. Different products originate from different locations, so please contact us before making a return so we can provide you the correct return "ship to" information. No returns are allowed on any type flooring product, clearance, custom cut, or special order items. Sorry, but no credit can be given for any item shipped back without prior notification and RMA number. On Ulti-MATE cabinet orders if you place an order and then refuse the shipment or make a return and where there is no damaged goods involved you will be responsible for all shipment costs both to and from plus a 25% restocking fee. This is an Sublime Cabinet/Ulti-MATE Garage Policy that we must follow as all these type items go directly back to their warehouse. Any order that originally shipped from and needs to be returned directly to the manufacturer will be subject to that manufacturer's particular return policy (Ulti-MATE & Triton Products).

A Warning To Cyber-Shoplifters/Friendly-Fraudsters
On rare occasions we get orders from individuals who have no intention of actually paying us or they defraud us by using other various scamming methods. Please be advised that anyone employing these tactics will be held liable for all goods shipped to them regardless of any other event that reverses or nullifies their initial order payment including charge-backs. All additional fees incurred by us will be added to the final amount due as well. Payment must be made by check or money order to bring the account back into good standing. Any bill over 90 days past due (from date of order) will be handed over to collections and will eventually affect credit ratings if left unpaid.
Most Wall To Wall Storage products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The length of the warranty varies depending on the specific item and manufacturer. If the warranty is not stated on the item's web-page then you should contact us directly for further details. Except as expressly stated herein, Wall To Wall Storage LLC makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied with respect to products sold, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose. Any item deemed by us as being misused or abused shall not be covered by warranty. You can place an order by direct Internet submission, fax (301-685-3983), direct telephone (301-760-7611) , e-mail, or US mail. To order via any method just put items and your cart and then follow the check-out procedure. For fax, telephone or US mail orders you will be directed to print out your order. You can then fax, call in, or mail your order along with your payment information. To send an e-mail order you will click on the "e-mail order" link during the check-out process which will submit your order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once you have placed an order and it has been received regardless of how it was submitted. When paying by credit card your card will be charged at the time of order placement. The policies and procedures listed on this page are legally binding and apply to all orders made with Wall To Wall Storage regardless of if they are placed online, over the phone, email, fax, or US mail/FedEx/UPS, etc.
